Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for writing content for, but not limited to, emails, guides, blogs, guides, reports, ad copy, press releases, whitepapers, web pages and social media copy.
  • Responsible for helping and/or planning, developing and implementing the company's content strategy and responsible for the management of the creation and production of online and offline marketing content in collaboration with Marketing Director
  • Work with team to ensure ongoing maintenance and update of the product hub including copy and collateral -- including the addition of new or updated products/services (gathering product details/images/copy) and continually monitoring/changing outdated information
  • Creating and maintaining a monthly editorial content calendar, overseeing our blog, and the creation of new content marketing projects that will help drive business goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for managing social media calendar, posting and content
  • Research competitors’ content messaging and distribution tactics to ensure LSG has a differentiated voice and is staying ahead of others in the space.
  • Serve as an exemplary writer - drafting clean, concise, well-polished copy and full editing of contributed content from internal thought leaders
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and yearly content marketing plans; conceptualizing projects, assigning them and overseeing development.
  • Work directly with the managed services team to identify interesting storylines for customer content, case studies and ongoing projects.


  • Over 3+ years of experience in content marketing or copywriting
  • Self-starter, badass.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communications skills necessary to thrive in a remote work environment
  • Someone who can embed themselves in LSG organization, learn, get sign off and buy-in and then execute on strategy
  • Basic knowledge of SEO
  • Experience in marketing automation

Ideal candidates (+’s)

  • Experience in tech content writing, and analyzing & interpreting data.
  • SEO conceptual knowledge: understanding of what does and does not contribute to success in organic search including interplay of content, link building, and technical optimizations and ranking factors. 
  • Knowledge and experience using Hubspot
  • Experience in Google Analytics 
  • Experience in public relations, such as writing press releases and developing PR strategy
  • Experience in Adobe creative suite or graphic design
