About the role

As Longbridge continues its rapid expansion, the Content Designer plays a vital role in shaping our product experience and enhancing how our brand engages with both members and potential users. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Content Designer will deliver impactful work that elevates our communication strategies and enriches the overall product experience.

This role offers flexibility, with the base location available in either Singapore or Hangzhou, China. For more details on in-office working expectations, please contact our recruitment team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, data science, and research teams to develop well-defined communication strategies.
• Craft content that fosters engaging customer experiences and delivers measurable business impact.
• Leverage performance metrics and user research to inform content decisions and improve product experiences.
• Champion clear, concise, and effective language that best represents our brand and communicates our mission.
• Develop frameworks, guidelines, audits, and processes to define and elevate the quality of product content.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content design.
• A strong case study or portfolio that reflects a deep passion for content craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Excellent product sensibility, with strong skills in communication, collaboration, and storytelling.
• Full work proficiency in both English & Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or interest in investing and AI.
