Are you ready to join a growing team that’s quickly become a stand-out in the agency world? Lumino is a young company but our agency-veteran founders have owned and managed many successful firms over the last decade.
By joining our team at this point in our journey, you get the best of both worlds: the flexibility to grow that a startup offers and the security of a stable company.
If you want to be able to make a difference in client work, partner with well-known global brands and agencies, have your ideas heard by leadership, and learn a set of skills as unique as they are useful, then you’ve come to the right place.
About Lumino
We help organizations monitor, manage, and defend their digital presence — especially the tricky platforms that are often overlooked by internal marcomms teams and agencies of record (think Wikipedia, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, and much more).
Due to our years of experience and ethical approach, we are trusted as leaders in this space. Our clients are often large B2B brands, PR agencies, or notable individuals. The niches we specialize in are rare and difficult to get right and therefore highly valued in the field of communications. Because of this, Lumino employees end up learning high-valued communications skills such as Wikipedia consulting and hands-on digital monitoring. After a few years at Lumino, you’ll stand out in a crowd of your communications peers.
We seek to redefine the client-agency relationship by becoming an indispensable partner through trust, strategy, and communication. To do this, we put our employees first because we know that a happy team is the only way to guarantee happy clients.
