We’re looking for someone passionate about content strategy and the people it helps. Someone who loves spreadsheets, geeks out over audits and taxonomies, and loves finding the newest best practices to guide personalization and governance plans. Most of all, we’re looking for someone who can help our clients craft amazing experiences, by getting the right content to the right people in the right places at the right times.

This is a full time position offering a fun and exciting working environment in a rapidly growing company, competitive salary and great benefits. We are looking for candidates who can work from our Boston, MA or Portsmouth, NH offices once they reopen.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Developing and communicating strategic content plans for clients
- Creating microcopy and long-form UX writing` for web apps and sites
- Analyzing, organizing, and evaluating web content into audit spreadsheets, and reporting out on the findings
- Building IAs and sitemaps to support user flows and appropriate wayfinding
- Communicating complex ideas to clients and internal team members alike, through written or visual means
- Acting as an internal consultant, supporting team members and providing best practices and content strategy recommendations during internal design reviews
- Planning for and participating in research efforts to understand people and their needs, frustrations, and motivations
- Capturing and articulating insightful, empathetic understanding of individuals through persona development and narrative storytelling
QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- You have 3+ years of experience in content strategy, or doing content strategy in a related field, and 5+ years of experience working with content for web or mobile experiences.
- You’re comfortable and confident sharing your perspective in collaborative sessions, as well as learning from others
- You appreciate the Zen feeling of digging into a good spreadsheet
- You keep up with the latest digital content strategy trends
- You are a self-starter, and know how to manage your time and deadlines
- You are comfortable communicating with clients and stakeholders
- You absolutely love what you do
BONUS POINTS FOR:
- Experience building or working with a variety of CMSs
- Public speaking or publishing on content strategy and experience design topics
- Speaking with (and impressing!) clients or internal stakeholders
- You have some experience in one or more of our key industries: healthcare, finance, or education (not required, but appreciated)
