Maesa is currently seeking an individual to join our E-commerce team. This role is responsible for helping the E-commerce team achieve their Omnichannel sales goals across a portfolio of beauty brands and Retailer.com digital shelves. This role requires cross-functional alignment with sales, marketing and creative teams to support brand equity and raise profile of the brands via Retail partners’ digital presences. Work with E-Commerce, Marketing and Creative to distribute assets based on each Brand’s and Retailer.com’s unique needs/requirements via Salsify. Manage product assortment and merchandising to balance account business optimization and omni-channel brand priorities. Retail partners include but not limited to Walmart, Target, Ulta, Amazon, Strategic Drug accounts. The ideal candidate must have Salsify experience, be self-driven, data-driven and have a strong attention to detail. 

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup and upload of all product information across brands and retailers as part of the implementation of Salsify.
  • Set up modules (enhanced content, Insights), digital catalogs, export templates, create new syndication channels, update existing channels, overall E-Commerce content delivery via Salsify, and audit all delivered content and assets.
  • Execute E-Commerce item setup and A+/Enhanced content setup across Retailer.com shelves.
  • Manage content channels to ensure product data is mapped appropriately.
  • Coordinate with E-Commerce & Brand teams to ensure timely, measured delivery of content through Salsify while managing and minimizing resource constraints.
  • Assist to maintain Catalog Accuracy & Integrity: Maintains integrity of entire Brand and category product catalogue inclusive of product attributes, metadata tagging, & proper publication for retailers & Brand.com platforms.
  • Identify gaps in product content when mapped to retailer requirements and create plans to fill those content gaps with the goal of increased conversion rates across brands and retailers, in collaboration with E-Commerce and Brand teams.
  • Help define, build, and maintain workflows within the platform to improve, operationalize and streamline relevant processes across different teams.
  • Workflow Management: Facilitate the uploading and downloading of digital assets and product information (launch and re-launch) & ensure they comply with retail timelines.
  • Build and deploy digital catalogs and materials necessary for viewing product assortment and attribution, in collaboration with Sales teams.
  • Set up Content Scorecards: Create and manage brand level scorecard reporting to sales & brand marketing teams.
  • PIM/DAM Optimization: recommend user interface optimization & enhancements according to best practices & user feedback.
  • As a Salsify expert, help train on the platform E-Commerce and cross-functional teams as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years E-commerce industry experience
  • Experience managing PIM/DAM systems, Salsify experience required
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Power BI, Powerpoint, Word)
  • General knowledge of SEO copywriting (recommended but not required)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize, work with competing deadlines, and ability to adapt to change is required.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving and multi-tasking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management and a wide spectrum of support personnel
  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal partners and vendors
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a best in class team
  • Ability to partner with internal and external groups to execute projects and produce results in all areas of responsibility
