The Technical Content Strategist, Connected Patient Platform - Product Core is a key role in a dynamic team of product managers, software engineers, quality assurance managers, and business experts. Our software platform encompasses a suite of industry-leading technology to power a wide range of software solutions related to clinical trials and patient care including medical image reviews, surgical planning, telehealth, integration with healthcare systems and data analytics. The Technical Content Strategist works closely with multidisciplinary teams to continually enhance the user documentation that accompanies our software products and solutions.
Your Mission:
The ideal candidate is an organized, disciplined self-starter who is excited to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise user content and thrives in fast-moving environments. They want to understand how the documentation they are preparing fits into the big picture and they are energized by providing solutions that improve our users' experience. Experience with Saas solutions is a plus as is a familiarity with clinical research.
