Job description

The Digital Content Specialist will be responsible for developing and managing content for various digital media channels including website landing pages, blog content, email, and paid digital media. The Digital Content Specialist will work with the Creative Team to meet strategic goals and objectives by creating compelling, innovative and brand-compliant content that drives conversions, strengthens customer relationships and improves user engagement. This is a full-time job, based at our St. Petersburg office, with a hybrid Work From Home / Remote schedule. 

Primary Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a digital content strategy to drive marketing goals
  • Design and develop digital advertising, including ad copy, emails and web pages
  • Analyze digital analytics to measure and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Research emerging trends and develop new ideas to improve digital content
  • Work with various internal teams and stakeholders to understand and meet campaign goals
  • Ensure brand consistency and accuracy across all digital media platforms
  • Update website content on an ongoing basis
  • A successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail 

Education and Professional Experience:

  • 3+ years experience with organic and paid digital media (Google Ads, Meta, Bing) strongly preferred,
  • Proven work experience as a digital content specialist or similar role preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, writing, or a related field preferred
  • Web design and content management experience
  • Email marketing experience
  • Experience with healthcare and/or inclusive marketing a plus

Requirements:

  • Must possess and maintain a valid Florida driver’s license and proof of insurance
  • Must have reliable and accessible auto vehicle.
  • Must pass necessary fingerprinting, Level II background checks and employment eligibility verification through the U. S. Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify system, https://e-verify.uscis.gov/emp.
