🥳 Perspectives 2022 is now available on demand Access now is looking for a UX writer who will play a big role in impacting our product and delivering winning experiences to our diverse user base. In this position, you’ll work closely with design, product, engineering, and marketing teams to create impactful and intuitive copy and add business value. You’ll write content, evangelize user-centered microcopy practices, and help us democratize UX writing across is a unique opportunity to see your microcopy make a real change in monday's tone and voice.

  • Develop UX writing style guides and standards.
  • Write clear content for our product in’s content style and aligned with our values.
  • Conduct product and user research and test copy as part of the content creation process.
  • Own every stage of the content creation process.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders across the company.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in writing/experience UX writing/ experience in a product company.
  • Native English speaker
  • You have experience collaborating closely with R&D and Product & Design teams.
  • You have a positive attitude with a willingness to put aside your ego for the sake of what's best for the team.
  • You possess the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • You are creative and an outside-of-the-box thinker.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a deep-rooted understanding of how to guide users with a good experience.
  • Comfortable running usability testing to measure and continually improve the user experience.
  • The ability to work well within and across teams, and give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Fluent English speaker and writer.
