We believe in clear, effective communication—and we’re looking for a skilled Technical Document Writer to help translate complex ideas into accessible, accurate documentation that supports our world-class equipment and processes.
What You’ll Do
As a Technical Document Writer, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Customer Service—to create and maintain essential documentation. You’ll play a key role in supporting our validation protocols, SOPs, and process documentation across departments and equipment platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and review validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for tablet presses and encapsulators
- Develop and update SOPs for cross-functional systems, processes, and equipment
- Create Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) documentation for new and existing machinery
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve manufacturing processes and documentation
- Provide technical support to Engineering, Customer Service, and Technical Services
- Assist pharmaceutical/nutraceutical clients in improving Quality Systems and practices
- Create visuals, diagrams, and support content for internal and customer-facing use
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field
- 2–4 years of industry experience as a technical writer
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to understand and translate complex technical topics
- Experience writing documentation for diverse technical audiences
- Proven attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
- Comfortable working with engineering and design teams to enhance user experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with systems development life cycle (SDLC)
- Experience with XML tools and structured documentation systems
