Job description

At Neurotrack, our mission is to transform the diagnosis and prevention of Alzheimer’s and related diseases by giving people direct access to the most effective, most broadly available, scientifically validated digital assessments and therapeutics to prevent cognitive decline. 

 We are looking for a top-notch Content Strategist to support the development of assets for our digital health product. You will work closely with product managers, designers, user researchers, data scientists, and clinical experts to identify growth obstacles and how to solve them, as well as owning the copywriting for different parts of our platform.  

 This role reports directly to our VP of Product & Engineering as part of our product team, so your work needs to be independent, but will also be highly collaborative with other functions and teams. We have a large variety of content and copy that needs your expertise, so the specifics of this role can shift based on the strengths of the right person!

 Key Responsibilities:

  •  Own user-facing content and communications
  • Own Neurotrack’s unique tone and voice that is inclusive and speaks well to an older population
  • Lean on user insights, data, and clinical experts to define and write compelling, engaging, and well-researched material that our users will love
  • Write and edit compelling copy for a variety of formats, including in-app text, web pages, landing pages, newsletters, ads, audio and video content, etc.
  • Collaborate across our team of experts

 Qualifications:

  • Passionate in our mission to prevent Alzheimer’s Disease and cognitive impairment
  • 5+ years of proven experience in effective, engaging, concise, and compelling user-facing content
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment - be comfortable with ambiguity and ownership, and finding ways to succeed!
  • Experience in managing and executing cross-functional projects
  • Flexibility and creativity
  • Strong communicator 
  • Ability to understand the needs of a cross-cultural audience

 Nice to have: 

  • Experience writing for healthcare or an older audience
  • Experience with cross-cultural content strategy/copywriting
