The Enablement Content Designer will focus on behavioral outcomes and measurable results related to sales readiness and accelerating time to revenue. You will develop highly interactive programs specifically focused on enhancing and applying product knowledge, sales methodology and qualification frameworks that are needed to drive business results. You’ll be responsible for designing and developing sales learning and enablement curricula that drive a robust knowledge transfer to our sales and customer-facing teams. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Learning & Development, you will assess all sales and customer success team learning and current curriculum to evaluate if the content meets current and future needs. You’ll lead the charge in designing, and developing internal customized, interactive training that uses a blended learning modality. The goal is to ensure our sales and customer success teams are equipped with the content, tools, and enablement needed to differentiate and sell Newsela solutions.
