Title: Content design Editor / Quality Controller

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and versatile Content design Editor / Quality Controller to do end-to-end training solutions for the clients. The role includes needs assessment, curriculum and content design, quality assurance, and training delivery—ensuring impactful learning experiences aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments, including data collection and analysis.
• Design training programs and curriculum frameworks tailored to corporate and academic environments.
• Develop high-quality instructional content, assessments, and courseware for varied learner segments.
• Perform curriculum mapping, identify content gaps, and create tailored solutions.
• Conduct content quality checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and instructional effectiveness.
• Create and implement content development style guides and editorial standards.
• Design and deliver training sessions for writers, editors, and corporate trainers (online and offline).
• Measure training effectiveness using structured evaluation methodologies and learner feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, alignment, and program adoption.
• Set up and manage training centers focused on youth employability and skill development.
• Support learner mentoring, placement efforts, and career-readiness initiatives.
