Job description

At Nordstrom, we lead with service and inspire through content. As a Principal UX Content Strategist, you will be both hands-on and able to provide strategic guidance as you drive user-centric discovery and development of experiences and large-impact projects that inspire our customers across Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack brands. Examples include email programs, sale event communication, brand and category storytelling, Loyalty communications, live stream shopping, conversational commerce, and homepage strategies.

You are adept at thinking holistically about how visual design and content come together to shape a customer’s experience.
