We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Central Billing Office – Content Specialist.
In this role, the successful candidate reports to the CBO Training manager along with direction and guidance from the Director of Operations, the Content Specialist supports the development and publication of training/processing material utilized in all functions processed within the CBO. The Content Specialist will need to have in-depth knowledge and demonstration of designing, developing, and delivering workflows utilized in a production environment. This position will work with leaders in the various functional departments to understand workflows and create consistent process documents that team members will use to support efficient and effective processing.
