The words we use in the user experience travel throughout the company landing in the mouths of Salespeople as they talk to prospects, published in guides for Support as they help current clients, leveraged by Implementation Consultants to create impactful courses for new clients, and argued over by Triads during the design phase because we are trying to get it right.
Sometimes, we get the words wrong or they just don’t resonate. The User Experience team is looking for someone to join our team that takes on the task of creating copy within the UX of our products as well the support documentation that is used throughout the company. You would be creating the long-term strategy for content as well as the information architecture and understand key product strategy metrics and tying them into your content strategy. You will need to product design and how it relates to business strategy. You will be responsible for building and painting guidelines and style guides to ensure your copy and strategy align with overall company goals. You will research and experiment to gain insights that allow you to refine and elevate the copy to achieve goals.
