Omnitail (the profit-driven digital marketing agency) is looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist, Digital Content Designer, to join our growing team! This Marketing Specialist role is critical in designing, producing, and publishing visually compelling content to be used throughout the entire marketing lifecycle, for business development collateral, and for internal communications. You will work hand-in-hand with the Marketing Specialist, Content Writer, on most projects.

In this role, you can expect to focus on designing, producing, and publishing finished pieces of content for omnichannel digital marketing, sales, and client success campaigns to help grow and scale the agency. You will also have the opportunity to spread your wings and take on other marketing responsibilities as needed to help you advance your career.

The Marketing Specialist, Digital Content Designer role reports to the Director of Marketing and works closely day-to-day with all other departments and teams. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in designing, producing, and publishing both long-form and short-form content for digital marketing, sales enablement, and customer-facing collateral.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, producing, and publishing webpage layouts and web content
  • Designing, producing, and publishing email communications for marketing, sales, and client success
  • Designing graphics for social media, online advertising, email, company branding, and other collateral
  • Producing simple videos for social media, online advertising, email, company branding, and other collateral
  • Designing and producing long-form digital content (case studies, eBooks, guides, one-pagers, etc.)
  • Publishing social media content based on a defined content calendar
  • Other marketing duties, as assigned
  • Staying current on industry trends and upcoming technology, channels, and online marketing strategies
  • Travel may occasionally be required less than 5% of the time

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent professional work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in professionally designing and producing digital content for B2B marketing and customer-facing communications using a defined brand style
  • Designing and publishing in WordPress
  • Designing and publishing in HubSpot
  • Designing static, animated, and video assets in Canva
  • Producing and publishing finished content for social media marketing
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
  • Outstanding communication, people, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be capable of learning fast, following an approved strategy, starting your day on your own, and changing direction quickly
  • Experience working within Google Business Suite
