We are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join our marketing team in our headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ. This position is responsible for creating and implementing all digital content and aligning content with the digital marketing team goals. This person should have experience with multiple platforms and be able to translate trends and goals to digital content opportunities. Our Digital Content Specialist will work closely with multiple departments within the company, and needs to have great communication skills and professionalism at all times. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel content plan aligned with digital marketing goals with a special focus on Social Media
  • Conceptualize and create engaging content/creative assets including but not limited to:
  • Social Media posts, stories, videos
  • Digital advertising assets
  • Website blog/educational articles
  • Tiktok videos
  • Consumer newsletters (when applicable)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams while developing content to ensure accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Translate ongoing consumer trends and opportunities into digital content
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms (when applicable)
  • Support the development of digital content calendar 
  • Ensure legal compliance (e.g. copyright and data protection when using images)
  • Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention
  • Attention to details and ability to stay organized while managing multiple projects are key aspects of this role

Required Skills:

  • Image editing tools, eg., adobe creative suite- photoshop, illustrator etc.
  • Video Editing tools, eg., adobe premiere, final cut pro
  • Photography (Still & Video)
  • Copywriting
  • Tools on social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 1-year relevant experience 
  • Detailed knowledge and passion for social media platforms
  • Previous experience creating social media content
  • Demonstrable presentation and communication skills
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and/or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
