We’re looking for an HR Content Manager to help deliver an exceptional self-service experience to our employees and internal support stakeholders. As a part of the People Care Team, you’ll write and manage HR-related content across the HR/People Team organization and create the first knowledge management system at the company to ensure employee content remains relevant. This is a full time, remote eligible position.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with a cross-functional team to document complex HR processes and programs across the People Experience team in our employee-facing portal. 
  • Act as a liaison between our People Care and Center of Excellence (COE) teams to create new content resources in support of company-wide programs.
  • Implement and manage an ongoing knowledge management strategy and approach for HR content to ensure our employees and internal stakeholders always have accurate information available.
  • Create, edit and maintain guides, playbooks, etc. related to HR operations.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing internal/external HR knowledge databases 
  • Knowledge Management, Communications, and/or process improvement background 
  • Creating, editing and maintaining documents used by employee for guidance (e.g. playbooks and wikis)
  • Experience using ticketing/knowledge systems for HR (e.g. Zendesk Guide preferred) 
  • Natural ability to succinctly and clearly describe complicated processes and tasks
  • Professionalism when dealing with sensitive & confidential employee information
  • Ability to influence others who are outside of your direct reporting line and across the organization
  • Effectively, efficiently and compassionately interact with cross-functional team members, employees and managers and manage stress with grace
  • Make progress in ambiguous situations and make confident decisions with a sense of urgency 
  • Independent management of daily work while continuously looking for ways to scale and enhance our services
