Piper Companies is seeking a Content Designer to join one of the nation’s premier credit unions based in Tysons Corner, VA. The Content Designer will handle content creation across all lines of business for the member-facing experience after login.
Responsibilities of the Content Designer include:
Lead content creation across all lines of business for the member-facing experience after login.
Establish content design guidelines to align the user experience team on consistent formatting, tone and verbiage.
Champion best practices for web accessibility across the digital experience.
Collaborate with developers to understand the design and content requirements of Salesforce
Qualifications for the Content Designer include:
Experience working within the banking/credit union space
Experience writing for customer-facing User Interfaces and User Experience design
Strong background in content design, with experience creating content for a variety of channels, including websites, emails, and social media
