In this role, you will develop unique story ideas, drive ideation and packaging of original content, and develop thoughtful editorial calendars. The content strategist will ensure the content is reflective of our client's target audiences and is able to operationalize an always-on program in coordination with partners and strategy.

Responsibilities
Develop and manage world-class content that is culturally relevant and social-first
Develop and lead editorial calendar and planning for the company brand social channels in partnership with internal creative teams, communications, outside agencies, and cross-functional partners
Lead the story planning and selection process for a comprehensive social editorial program
Influence the company’s social strategy across owned channels including helping understand the social presence of the brand and constantly suggest ways to better position the Facebook Company brand.
Identify key moments to activate the Company brand across the editorial calendar through a mix of rapid response and evergreen content
Partner with strategy and audience on qualitative and quantitative analysis of cultural, community, technological, media, and market trends to inform strategic and creative development
Support the development of and promotion of a robust measurement plan to ensure that the content strategy is evaluated correctly and demonstrates the business impact
Become a champion of the Facebook company social community, making sure our content reflects the values and needs of our audiences
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a content marketer or editor working for a well-known brand or publisher creating compelling stories and social content
5+ years of experience managing comprehensive content and editorial calendars and programs
Ability to use quantitative & qualitative data to inform, measure, and iterate on content
A conceptual thinker who has created breakthrough social content in the past that evolves a brand to reach its target audience

Experience with innovative social products
Demonstrated success crafting stories and publishing content in a variety of formats across a range of channels that have made a cultural impact
International experience and knowledge of diverse cultural, social, and business landscapes
Collaborative, creative, and analytically driven to connect brands and people
Engagement with culture and global customer behavioral trends in order to create content that is always timely, topical and relevant
Comfortable working in a highly fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and a startup mindset
