UX Writer

6-month contract – extensions possible

We need a versatile, enthusiastic writer who’ll play a vital role in the writing and delivery of content to create a cohesive experience. One that’s consistent for customers, while supporting colleagues.

This role is in the Commercial Servicing and Engagement Design Team, where we focus on creating simple, personalised, end-to-end customer experiences across multiple brands.

You’ll inject empathy and creativity into your work to ensure all content meets high standards of clarity, compassion and inclusion.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional project team and will provide a strategic approach to the creation and delivery of content and conversation.

You’ll support and engage with other designers and stakeholders in our multi-brand, cross-platform environment.

The role involves balancing all the factors that govern our business and how we look after customers’ interests:

• Brand voice, empathy and tone.
• Clarity and readability.
• The treatment of customer vulnerabilities.
• Consistency with other digital and product journeys.

A good, tech-savvy writer and editor who understands brand voice, tone and the value of plain English. Curious and relatable, you’ll have an instinct for research. And the compassion and courage to be the voice of the customer – willing to stand up for our values and principles.
