DEPT/LOCATION: Ecommerce Department / Civic Opera House

REPORTS TO: Ecommerce Manager

Key Internal Relationships: Marketing, Creative, Sales

Key External Relationships: Ecommerce Customer Community (Amazon, Walmart.com, Target.com, Ulta.com, iHerb, Zuliliy, etc.)

Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager, the Digital Content Coordinator will lead the new item setup process and will support eCommerce, brand, sales and 3rd party teams to achieve our sales and contribution goals across all digital sales channels (i.e., Amazon, Walmart, Target, Ulta, iHerb.com, etc.) This role is a hands-on position focused on handling day-to-day tasks and requires strong follow-through, high attention to detail, excellent time and project management skills and strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and report on progress against assigned initiatives. Digital Content Coordinator is responsible for elevating our product experience across our retailer platforms as well as optimizing our assets.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Ensure all digital product content is complete, accurate, and updated for existing and new product launches.
  • Traffic product content as needed and requested by internal personnel and 3rd parties.
  • Ensure website content and product pages are complete, accurate, and updated per calendar timelines.
  • Create and execute graphics, banners, and below-the-fold content using our syndication platforms (Salsify).
  • Coordinate and request lifestyle imagery using best practices and retailer guidelines.
  • Assist Ecom Manager with adhoc requests and perform tasks as assigned.
  • Assist with maintaining curated online product assortments across all brands and retailer.com partners.
  • Assist with auditing Retailer.com sites and utilizing scorecards for content integrity, completeness, and optimization opportunities.
  • Performing other duties in support of overall eCommerce and company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Ecommerce, and/or related field.
  • · 2-3 years of professional experience in eCommerce working for a CPG brand, preferably an established health and beauty brand, or national retailer is a plus.
  • Experience with the Salsify system or Syndigo Scorecards is a plus.
  • Proficiency with website content management systems, product information systems and MS Excel.
  • Product passion - Natural and fanatical curiosity around health and beauty products and the online marketplace, demonstrated and put into action.
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication, organizational and project management skills.
  • Results-oriented - Ability to proactively drive results.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Resilience, tenacity, and high energy. Able to rapidly bounce back from adversity.
  • Collaboration – Command cross-functional cooperation throughout the entire organization as well as with partners and 3rd parties.
