As a content coordinator, it is your job to help manage the website to ensure information is up-to-date, accessible, and effectively endorsed. You will support the digital team with the content of the website, structure, and training of staff in using the content management system.

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee online content, perform editing and proofread all content to maintain established online reputation
  • Organizes product updates and ensures all external relationships are informed as needed
  • Coordinate the preparation of promotional materials, product descriptions, proposals and PowerPoint presentations
  • Identifies articles, blogs, and other content in need of updating and revisions, as well as formulate a workable content roadmap
  • Develop and execute the editorial calendar to ensure deadlines are met
  • Develop and coordinate monthly webinar schedule
  • Edits and revises existing content to keep current with product innovation and compliance requirements
  • Oversees content creation for website
  • Works with affiliate partners and coordinates marketing opportunities
  • Oversee and coordinate content for websites, social platforms and marketing collateral

Education & Experience:

  • A high school diploma is required
  • Proficiency in writing, editing, gathering, and organizing information

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and resourceful - being able to execute ideas is the key here
  • Self-starter with superlative follow-through ability - highly motivated individual who can work by themselves with minimal supervision
  • Ability to demonstrate successful past experience with marketing project management or otherwise highly organizational and detail-oriented position
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of co-workers

Job Requirements:

  • Willingness to be based at the company’s physical location near Austin, Texas area
  • Occasional overtime as needed
  • No travel required
