Profiles is seeking a Junior Content Manager Remote to join the Partnership Marketing team at a Fortune 200 Financial Services Corporation located in Richmond, VA. This is a long-term, remote contract role.

The Junior Content Manager will have the right mix of customer obsession, technical skill, high standards, and problem-solving to take on customer challenges and solve them with a collaborative and energetic team.

The Junior Content Manager will be working with people and building meaningful relationships, and are adept at influencing partners. Learning is your jam–and working with complex content excites you—as you understand the value of high-impact work that drives business forward. This position should be comfortable working both independently and as a part of an integrated cross-functional team and are an advocate for both the brand and the best possible user experience.

Marketing Content Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintain library of sales materials and content, ensuring content is accurate, current, on-brand, and in compliance with Legal.
  • Execute technology-based processes to place variable content into marketing materials, creating an automated user experience.
  • Maintain project timelines and budgets.
  • Partner with third-party agencies and internal teams to develop integrated campaigns. 
  • Provide support for development of new platform enhancements, process improvement, and documentation to continually improve overall efficiency.
  • Monitor and field ad hoc requests for user support.

Marketing Content Manager Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Required technology experience: Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation), Google Sheets (spreadsheet), Google Slides (presentation), Seismic (sales enablement), Adobe Workfront (project management), Adobe Creative Cloud (design).
  • Previous experience working with clients and/or partners to achieve results through both internal and external creative development processes.
  • Collaboration – ability to build relationships and partner effectively with team members, agencies and partners.
  • Detail-oriented: provide the level of focus to ensure successful completion of a highly complex campaign with multiple variables and stakeholders.
  • A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
