This person has solid communication skills, including presenting their work. Collaborating across teams and disciplines is a must, and working with people new to content strategy is a plus.
Responsibilities
As a Lead Content Strategist at Qualified Digital, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that align with our clients' goals, effectively resonate with target audiences, and contribute to exceptional customer experiences.
You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that drive towards our clients' objectives.
- Be a leader and mentor in project work by doing the work; collaborate with leadership on delivering on-time, high-quality work we can all be proud of.
- Act as an advocate for our content strategy processes, processes, and methodologies – always look for ways to make things better.
- Conduct content audits, gap analyses, and competitor analyses to inform content recommendations and improvements.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure content is effectively integrated into overall client solutions.
- Develop and maintain editorial calendars, style guides, and content governance processes to ensure content quality, consistency, and compliance with client requirements.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience as a content strategy professional.
- Experience mentoring or leading a team or project, alongside the ability to scope work accurately.
- Familiarity and expertise in content strategy deliverables and activities such as content audits, mental models, user research, content testing, taxonomy, content hierarchies, content operations, and content governance.
- Experience running workshops, creating and giving presentations to clients, and communicating professionally with key stakeholders.
- Ability to connect content strategy work with business value and key outcomes.
- Ability to create key deliverables for content strategy work with minimal oversight.
Nice to have
- Adobe Experience Manager experience is a plus.
- Agency or consulting experience is a plus.
