The Role

You will have strong skills and experience in content writing and editing on digital platforms, ideally with hands-on experience with Drupal and SharePoint. You will be passionate about delivering quality user experiences aligned with the Digital Service Standard.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

• At least three years’ experience in developing accessible, user centred content for digital products and services, including information architecture design, in a government or corporate environment
• Proficiency and experience in publishing digital content using web content management systems, especially Drupal and SharePoint
• Ability to articulate best practice content design recommendations, develop templates and best practice guidance material, collaborate with influence and advocate for a user centred design approach
• Experience in a digital service design and communications environment and knowledge of a range of digital technologies and processes (such as campaign management, SEO, customer analytics)
• Demonstrated understanding and ability to apply the Digital Service Standard, Agile methodology and WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA
• Experience working with limited supervision in multidisciplinary teams and building effective stakeholder relationships in a rapid change environment
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management, and ability to take ownership of tasks through to completion
