We’re looking for an experienced, creative Content Strategist. You will be a key part of our marketing team, leading ideation, planning, and reporting on the creation and success of content for our owned & operated social media and partner channels. You will support the Director of Brand Narrative in creating and consistently executing the Rapid Robotics brand voice. Your high-performing content is designed to capture the attention of our customers and potential employees, drive Rapid Robotics’ organic search and social media performance, and help our customers solve their most challenging labor and automation issues.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Collaborate across the marketing and sales team to build and maintain a content calendar that answers our customers’ most important questions, raises the profile of the Rapid Robotics brand, generates leads, and keeps current customers engaged 
  • Work with partners across the organization, including HR professionals, engineers, and others, to plan content that builds our reputation and relationships within the broader automation community and with potential employees.
  • Ideate and plan content based on lead gen and search performance goals.
  • Conduct research set the strategy for driving organic search performance.
  • Recruit and work alongside a bench of freelance content creators.
  • Identify opportunities to produce quick turnaround content responsive to current events in automation, manufacturing, and related areas, ensuring that the Rapid Robotics point of view is well-represented and relevant.
  • Write, edit, and publish content as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Brand Narrative and Community Catalyst on the social promotion of content
  • Contribute to and maintain the Rapid Robotics content style guideGenerate monthly reports on content performance related to organic search performance, lead gen, and other KPIs.

The Skills You Bring

  • 5+ years experience in content strategy, SEO copywriting, and/or content production Curiosity, the courage to try new things, and a desire to challenge established narratives in the manufacturing space
  • Exceptional writing and editing talent
  • Expertise in SEMRush and SEOTeam player with a can-do attitude who loves to work collaboratively
  • You are highly organized with strong attention to detail and a willingness to lead projects to keep others organized.
  • Strong communication and project management skills to keep a diverse team of freelancers and in-house content creators on deadline and produce high-quality content
  • A strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, robotics, or heavy equipment experience is a plus.
