Job description

Our client, a leading health insurance provider, is seeking a strategic Digital Content Coordinator to manage content on their website. 

Fully remote, candidates must be based in the US and open to working 9 am-4 pm Central. 

Foundational Responsibilities:

  • Supports documentation, review and filing of Government Programs Digital web pages and tools impacted by Insurance Solutions regulatory requirements
  • Takes primary direction from lead IS Filing Coordinator
  • Based on information and direction from Product Analysts, Product Managers, Content Managers and other teams SMEs:
  • Prepares comps for web pages and tools for filing
  • Creates supporting documentation for filing
  • Facilitates the comp creation process through IS Marketing Materials (Copy and Art/Creative)
  • Facilitates the review and approval process through IS LCRA (Legal Compliance and Regulatory Affairs) for Product Analysts and Product Managers
  • Serves as point-of-contact to provide GPD team members status on filings, as needed
  • Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues
  • Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
  • Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions
  • Motivates and inspires other team members

Required Qualifications:

  • Digital background
  • High level of comfort with technology and learning new applications
  • High attention to detail, results-driven, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate MS Word and Excel knowledge
  • Intermediate Adobe Acrobat Pro knowledge
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional relationships and with remote team members
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing technology
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some knowledge of HTML
  • Experience in a compliance-driven organization
  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.2 or above
  • Experience with Agile Development methodology
  • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
  • Ability to work in a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to confidently communicate with and influence business teams, leadership and IT teams
