  • Ability to break high-level messaging pillars and positioning into compelling copy for various campaigns and A/B tests
  • Must be able to craft clear copy that is concise, personal and a little playful where it aids the experience goals.
  • Work with Creative Cloud product and marketing teams to make sure content is up to date and relevant, as well as aligned with developed style and standards
  • Bridge the gap between editorial and UX, by curating relevant content into the product experience (in-app’s, emails, landing pages, push notifications on Web/mobile)

Skills: Must-haves

  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills and attention to details
  • 2+ years of experience in UX writing and content development
  • Must be able to collaborate effectively across a large team (proficient use of google sheets and slack required)


  • While this role is focused on UX design, a working knowledge of marketing and brand communication is a plus
  • Experience iterating alongside UX designers and contributing to their body of work in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting
  • Experience with prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, InVision, or Adobe XD
