Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and priorities content requests with product marketing, experience design and web content management teams.
  • Follow B2B industry-related news and generate content ideas around trending topics, specifically focused on small businesses.
  • Identify gaps in content on Sage.com and plan website update with page owners within each market.
  • Ensure Sage.com webpages follow our style, content, tone of voice and SEO guidelines and recommend adjustments if necessary.
  • Write copy and manage the creation of multimedia assets with other teams for Sage.com.
  • Provide all necessary content assets on time for the experience design process in coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate content production and other deliverables with third-parties and contractors

Skills, know-how and experience:

Must have:

  • Strong stakeholder and project management experience
  • Demonstrable copywriting experience and/or portfolio, specifically B2B
  • UX, page level content architecture, repurposing content experience
  • Clear understanding of search engine optimization best practices
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proofreading experience or cert a plus
  • E-commerce copywriting and optimization
  • Conversion optimization experience
  • E-commerce copywriting experience
  • Google analytics certified
