We're looking for a Content Manager to join our thriving Global Enablement Strategy team. The Global Enablement Strategy team is responsible for setting the strategy to deliver the most relevant, impactful and engaging enablement programs in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations. As champions of seller success, we deliver strategic and innovative programs that not only promote awareness but drive relevant conversations to help our account teams deliver customer success. Our team initiates programs with a global reach, taking into account different cultures and how imagery, language and tone impacts success.

A Content Manager, Enablement Events, needs to be a strong taskmaster with the ability to process information quickly. This position requires writing and analysis skills, understanding of Salesforce solutions, sales enablement, and the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize performance and meet business goals. Quick to process and communicate complex concepts, attention to detail, and adaptability are the keys to success in this role.

What you'll do:

  • Partner closely with Director of Enablement Events to deliver flawless execution of ongoing sales enablement engagements and initiatives such as all-company meetings, product adoption, and new fiscal year kickoffs
  • Work with executive communications to create inspiring talk tracks for executives to support program objectives
  • Drive the process to evaluate programming requests to assess relevancy and placement in programs
  • Evaluate corporate and product message hierarchy to properly prioritize content
  • Align with key stakeholders to shape and refine content based on internal audience
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create programming for targeted audiences
  • Measure and analyze program performance; gain and provide insight to drive improvements
  • Track progress and present findings at team meetings and business reviews
  • Design, develop and manage a content library for on-demand applications
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create playbook templates for successful content creation and execution for enablement engagements
  • Pursue professional development and growth to be the best team member possible

What You’ll Need:

  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce brand and product positioning with the ability to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging
  • 4-6 years successful content and project management experience; preferably in a B2B, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively convert concepts into program content
  • Experience producing and managing enablement engagements, driving adoption, and measuring the impact of enablement programs at scale.
  • Knowledge of sales organizations, mindsets and operations to develop effective, enablement engagements
  • Ability to work well under tight timelines and juggle multiple priorities across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • A passion for learning, and helping others learn with energy and enthusiasm
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to creatively pivot in the face of quick-changing objectives
  • High comfort level with program analysis, measurement, reporting and pipeline impact
  • Familiarity with broadcast production is a plus
