The Recruiting Content Specialist will play a critical role in helping us attract and build a workforce that reflects the communities in which we live and work. This role will report to the Content Manager, Recruiting Comms & Content.

You’ll help translate the recruiting narrative into on-brand and inspiring communications and content(blog posts, websites, micro-sites, visual presentations, emails, and more) for global candidates and internal stakeholders. An interest in topics such as career growth, diversity, and inclusion will help you deliver irresistible and impactful content.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create a recruiting content strategy, utilizing data and feedback to inform decisions, narrative, and direction
  • Manage project flows to ensure projects are delivered on time and that stakeholders are aligned and informed
  • Write short and long-form content to attract and engage candidates.
  • Collaborate with key partners to strategize, design, and implement a world-class candidate experience on web, email, and social
  • Work closely with an editorial team to ensure content aligns to business needs
  • Understand and demonstrate the principles of graphic design (brand, layout, typography, illustration)
  • Transform dense data into easy to digest visuals
  • Deliver visual stories (creative and copy) that bring our talent brand to life and engage prospective candidates
  • Ensure consistent implementation of our narrative and brand style guidelines
  • Edit and proofread recruiting content

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years relevant experience; leveling may vary based upon experience and skills
  • A Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications or a related field or relevant experience is required
  • Strategic thinker with ability to work cross-functionally and exert influence
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with multiple deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Copywriting experience
  • Equipped to own design execution of projects
  • Flexibility to iterate with a team, as well as break off and develop individual concepts when needed
  • Self-motivated, independent, and committed to getting things done
  • Experience utilizing email marketing tools such as Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with Drupal, HTML and CSS preferred
  • Self-motivated, independent, and committed to getting things done
  • Engineering or technical writing experience preferred
  • Experience with short-form communications preferred
  • User experience design a plus
  • Graphic design experience a plus
