User Experience Writer

Our client is looking for a UX Writer to create new and better experiences across sports related features and subscriptions.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build customer experiences across multiple platforms.
• Crafting copy within existing tone, language, and design systems.
• Working on feature development, naming, user flows, product logic, and education for several projects at once.
• Boiling down complex systems into coherent, concise, and compelling interface copy
• Collaborating with designers and other writers to solve UI challenges
• Addressing feedback and improving performance of our content.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience writing for product experiences, particularly subscriptions.
• Understanding of the end-to-end experience and how UX copy threads throughout.
• Astute at integrating feedback from product, marketing, engineering, and other cross-functional teams.
• Develop and represent a clear point of view, and remain flexible enough to adjust when needed.
• Comfortable with a hybrid model (3 days/week)
