The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between $110,112.00 - $144,522.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. The Associate Manager, Digital Content Strategist will play a crucial role in driving digital content strategy for Lifestyle Brands (LSB). Working closely with the Associate Manager, Digital Content Merchandising, you’ll collaborate on the ongoing optimization of our online presence, improving organic search and traffic rankings and maximizing conversions. Your focus will be on our digital content performance – developing a learning agenda, designing and executing A/B tests, supporting platform beta opportunities and exploring new technologies to drive efficiencies in our content development process.

4 days a week in-office requirement, 1 day a week remote.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Develop a gap/opportunity analysis of our existing digital content performance and set KPI’s that ladder up to our broader business growth goals.
Work closely with the Omni and Brand teams to align ecommerce content with brand tentpole initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand strategy while optimizing for channel & retailer specific needs and online shopping behaviors.
Track and monitor content performance, prepare reports and monthly scorecard, provide actionable insights, and suggest improvements based on findings.
Incorporate consumer reviews and questions into content development recommendations, socialize insights with the broader organization.
Research and evaluate emerging technologies to streamline content production process.
Align ecommerce content with digital media strategy, leveraging audience insights to tailor content development to target audiences.
Work closely and collaboratively with external and internal partners.
Communicate effectively and proactively with internal stakeholders.
