Science Systems and Applications, Inc. is looking to hire an experienced content strategist to join a web strategy and communications team that is responsible for improving the experience of users who are seeking to discover, download, and use NASA science data.
This position will require you to develop and implement content strategies with the goal of improving the use of science data. You will be working within an environment of content owners and stakeholders and navigating that environment will require managing divergent opinions while at the same time maintaining firm focus on the project vision.
This position is 100% virtual/telework. You will be working within a virtual team and will be required to conduct business within that virtual environment, including both audio- and video-based collaboration. In addition, this group will need to initiate contact and collaborate with other geographically dispersed teams within NASA. As such, this position requires active communication in order to maintain working relationships.
Occasional travel may be required (about 5%).
