We’re looking for a Content Strategist who will be responsible for writing content and managing all technical aspects of our Help Center. If you’re an experienced technical writer with an eye for detail, a superior command of the English language, and comprehensive technical skills, we want to hear from you!
A day in the life of a Content Strategist
You write content that shapes our clients’ user experience. You use your in-depth knowledge of our software, our clients’ needs, and the customer journey to craft copy that helps users understand complex information and complete tasks easily. You also have the technical skills and competencies needed to manage our Salesforce Community platform, grow and maintain our Help Center, and assist with each new SentricHR release. You’re committed to improving the user experience using your writing and technical expertise.
