About the Director, Content role at Showpad

The Director of Content will develop and scale a world-class content studio and coach a team of content strategists responsible for creating compelling thought leadership that educates, engages and nurtures prospects and customers while positioning Showpad as a market leader. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Product Marketing.

Key Responsibilities as the Director of Content at Showpad:

  • Lead the development of the annual content objectives and strategy in collaboration with the Vice President of Product Marketing.
  • Partner cross-functionally with team leaders to identify the key gaps and opportunities (i.e. SEO, campaigns, lifecycle, website, events).
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing directors to determine the quarterly campaign themes, content priorities, and editorial calendar.
  • Coach and motivate a team of content strategists to perform at their highest level.
  • Serve as an enablement subject matter expert translating knowledge of our product and services, customers, and market into valuable content experiences.
  • Create and quality control ICP-specific content that supports demand generation (including events), nurture campaigns, BDR outreach, and customer and prospect education.
  • Produce compelling articles, guides/ebooks, case studies, and infographics by experimenting with new formats [interactive content, audio, video], partnerships/influencers, and platforms.
  • Build a repeatable and scalable process for analyzing content performance (both on-site and within our Showpad instance) and soliciting feedback to ensure we are always optimizing and improving our strategy.
  • Ensure content is copy edited and available in the native language for all Showpad markets.
