We are looking for an experienced content marketer leader, preferably in the high-tech industry, to oversee the strategy, planning and execution of our content marketing engine. You will help us develop a consistent brand identity and help solidify our online presence. This job involves overseeing marketing strategies to engage customers and nurture prospects throughout their journey with 

You will be responsible for driving strategy and managing a content marketing team that provides the right information to the right customers and prospects at the right times in the right places. 

We’re growing rapidly and looking for a creative and analytical content marketing leader to help drive our brand into the next phase of scale. You would be the trusted source of industry best practices and analysis as well as tracking and managing the performance of all content.

What you will do

  • Drive strategy and execution in alignment for cross-functional brand/corporate, demand gen, product, sales, and customer content - “the right info for the right people in the right places at the right times
  • Identify sales pipeline/buyer journey, field, OSS needs, craft meaningful content and user journeys for DG real estate visitors across platforms and touchpoints 
  • Coordinate amongst all content creation including content from field and product - responsible for overall content strategy and alignment
  • Strategic storyteller and “brand storyteller”
  • Leads team of marketing content writers and leads all content creation (non-product)
  • Ghostwrite thought leadership blogs
  • Analyze results from the content marketing team in order to lead content optimization
  • Define, implement, and follow up innovative and sustainable content production processes
  • Develop and own content creation calendar for the team

What you bring to the table

  • 5+ years of experience and proven record as a High Tech content manager/leader (cloud industry experience is a plus)
  • Prior 3-5 years of experience in content creation/writing
  • Data-driven: passionate about using metrics and statistics regarding demographics and preferences to help create content that raises our brand awareness
  • Superb project management skills, highly organized, detail-oriented and creative
  • Expert domain of marketing metrics including expert knowledge of good SEO 
  • Great communication skills 
  • Strategic: ability to see the big picture, be able to see into the future
  • Experience using Google suite, WordPress, HubSpot/Marketo, Asana, Google Analytics, (ideally) embraces diversity and equality for all.
