We are looking for a content marketer to help us build and maintain our content marketing engine and library for prospects and customers. You will be responsible for creating, revising, and publishing long-form content for prospects and customers at various stages in their customer journey, sourcing graphics, reporting on content marketing metrics, and more. Your contributions will directly help us in becoming the content leader in our technology space. In this role, you would follow industry-best practices as well as track and improve the performance of all content.

What you will do

  • Work under Content Marketing Lead on revising all of our content
  • Update existing campaign content
  • Create new content for buyer journey to support the growing market and company
  • Manage content requests with 3rd-party services
  • Post content in appropriate channels
  • Perform content maintenance as needed
  • Create content for a variety of asset types (written, video, etc.)
  • Craft content for different personas (user, buyer)
  • Create various asset types (blogs, white papers, etc.)
  • Writing, editing, proofreading
  • Manage content across all platforms
  • Work with the design team to procure assets/images for content assets
  • Work with in-house SMEs while developing content
  • Work with campaigns team to distribute content
  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
  • Regularly monitor industry trends, providing timely POVs and insights on platform updates, competitor activities, tools, and applications

What you bring to the table

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Long Form Content Writer, in High Tech (cloud industry experience is a plus)
  • Ability to write on a range of subjects and create the best possible written or visual content, from blog posts to white papers to press releases
  • Ability to tell a captivating story to engage with our audience
  • Ability to keep up with current market trends
  • Metrics-driven and able to report on results
  • Understanding of Good SEO
  • Experience using Google suite, WordPress, HubSpot/Marketo, Asana, Google Analytics
