The Technical Writer is an important part of providing clear communication both within the company and to our vendors and customers. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating new documents such as user guides, standard operating procedures, and customer-facing technical instructions; maintaining and organizing document repositories with version control; and helping departments throughout the company adhere to document repo standards.
