The Work You’ll Do:

The Senior Content Strategist will own the vision and implementation of our post-sales content across a complex network of markets and geographies. Working closely with business leaders, you’ll establish a framework for how content is organized, accessed, and created, and you’ll support a team of content creators to execute your vision.

What will you specifically do when you start?

  • Develop a scalable content architecture for a global, geographically diverse product suite, including how our knowledge base tool will support the structure you identify
  • Work with business leaders to prioritize content projects, and maintain a roadmap of long-term strategy
  • Create and implement an operational structure to support content creators in executing your vision, including quality control, publishing processes, and maintenance practices
  • Develop a plan to adhere to all data privacy laws, including user agreements and data hosting requirements
  • Collaborate with other content strategists to adhere to and enhance our existing global tone and voice
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support and Marketing to drive user adoption of content
  • Communicate and relay content requirements and/or solutions to other departments and client stakeholders
  • Continuously share feedback to improve the process and productivity of the content team

What we are looking for from you:

  • Success working in content-related roles
  • B2B SaaS experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Fluency in Spanish (a plus)
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently
  • Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to complete a background check and drug test upon hire
