This role manages the day-to-day operation of the company intranet (Partner Hub) and other digital endpoints used by Starbucks partners. This job is responsible for maintaining visual design, navigation, and content, and working with multiple stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the content. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to shape the future of our content as we prepare to migrate to a new content management system! 

As a communications content manager, you will…

  • Work with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to develop, schedule and publish the best possible content for our internal partners
  • Ensure content is current and accurate across multiple endpoints
  • Liaise with Starbucks Technology and software vendors regarding business requirements, enhancement requests and technical implementation to improve the experience for publishers and end-users

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 or more years of US military experience
  • Experience in a role drafting and issuing external or internal corporate communications.
  • Experience in a role developing and managing digital, social media, or content management systems.
  • Experience in project management
  • Achieving successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
  • Experience in a complex, fast-paced global environment
  • Developing and leading the execution of effective communication programs and plans both internal and external across the enterprise
  • Strong presentation, oral and written communications skills
  • Experience in corporate communications, preferably at a multi-unit retailer or an agency
