About The Opportunity
The Consumer Experience (CX) org at StubHub is responsible for the end-to-end product experience for fans looking to discover, buy, and sell tickets to their favorite live events through our web and mobile platforms. We're in search of a content design leader who can approach design through the lens of language – ensuring clarity, consistency, and user empathy throughout our product, fostering strong connections with our fans worldwide.
As the first Content Designer for our Push Marketing product team, you will lead content design for email, push messaging, and in-product experience. You'll partner with product, engineering, and design leads to establish a content calendar and content design principles that balance scalability, ad hoc marketing activation, and authentic messaging that resonates with fans. You’ll obsess over culture and dive into new fan communities to spin up compelling campaign stories. Beyond your creative instincts, you leverage data to hone your hypotheses and rigorously A/B test ideas to increase engagement and conversion.
In addition to your primary scope, you’ll play a key role in our new Content Design team to establish broader content standards, such as copy and brand voice guidelines, quality assurance processes, and team rituals.
This role is suited for someone with a builder mentality who is excited to drive a long-term vision while executing day-to-day copy design to raise the bar from the ground up. If you’re passionate about event culture, creative copywriting, and early-stage opportunities – come join our team!

The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
