The Content Coordinator will be responsible for supporting our client’s featured content campaigns. This individual will be the subject matter expert in our featured content programs and strategies. They will also build a creative copy, organize featured content program launches, and collaborate both externally and internally to ensure program success. This individual needs to be detail-obsessed and creative, so they can set up and support client programs in the best way. 

This role will partner closely with the Account, Operations, and Styling teams to deliver on client needs and build out their featured content programs. They also must work well across other departments, as they will be the voice of featured content programs and are responsible for communicating clients’ needs, goals, and strategies. 

What you will do: 

  • Own copywriting needs for featured content with the creation and review of captions and titles
  • Develop & design featured content framework and strategy for client programs
  • Quality assurance before and after the launch of featured content to ensure creative standards and program success
  • Maintain active featured content for client programs
  • Organize project plans for support of featured content
  • Set up featured content with necessary tags, captions, and titles as needed
  • Coordinate launches of featured content to ensure they meet client deadlines and requirements
  • Work with the Product team to identify enhancements to the feature set per client and usability feedback
  • Build playbooks for best practice strategies of featured content use
  • Develop use cases of featured content by vertical and retailer type
  • Maintain documentation of client-facing material for featured content use
  • Maintain excellent featured content organization, communication, and resource visibility at all times
  • Effectively communicate featured content status updates, challenges, or roadblocks to internal teams to ensure deliverables are on track and deadlines are met
  • Look out for opportunities to develop featured content experiences further

Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required. Marketing or Communications specialization preferred
  • Proven internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be comfortable with technology and different platforms, as this role will use our proprietary technology
  • Must have experience copywriting and writing creative content for campaigns
  • Have a detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset 
  • Proven working experience in project management, especially across teams
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and excellent follow-through
