  • Work to ensure customer-centric design in our digital channels, in order to help and simplify for our customers to get better control of their finances
  • Pursue the work of developing vision, working methods, processes and guidelines for UX Writing within Swedbank to ensure that tonality and copy correspond with the brand's identity
  • Work together with other UX designers and agile teams to together deliver the best possible solutions for our customers
  • In the role, work partly with the strategic work around UX Writing as a discipline, and partly in the various agile teams to support the ongoing operational work. In this way, you also get a good insight and understanding of the daily work and how you as a lead can contribute to creating as good opportunities as possible for your colleagues.
  • Lead and coach other UX writers in a virtual team and work closely with other groups within Swedbank that are important to work closely with, such as communication and legal and Compliance.
  • Be part of Swedbank's UX Community with about 80 designers who are passionate about shaping tomorrow's customer experiences in Swedbank's digital channels 

In this role you need:

  • Relevant education in UX and UX writing / Digital Copy
  • Minimum 5 years experience of working as a UX writer
  • Extensive experience in writing UX copy and microcopy for digital user flows
  • Good understanding of design principles and interaction patterns in digital interfaces
  • Understanding of the importance of being able to collaborate with many different competencies
  • Accustomed to having many different contact surfaces and to working both strategically and operationally
  • Willing to work with both management and development
  • Like to work relationship building
  • Strong knowledge and experience of working design-driven in an agile environment
  • Great advantage to know Sketch & Abstract
  • Be fluent in speech and writing regarding Swedish and English
