Collaborate closely with technical teams to understand system functionalities and translate them into clear and concise user guides, training materials, and other supporting documentation.
Create engaging and informative content that effectively communicates complex information to a diverse audience, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Manage and maintain a central repository of documentation using tools like Confluence, SharePoint, and Jira.
Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, and other communication materials to support key initiatives and decision-making.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and continuously improve documentation processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Communications, Technical Writing)
3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer with a strong focus on creating clear and concise documentation for technical audiences.
Experience creating and managing a document repository.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
