The Content Strategist is CRITICAL to effective B2B marketing. This role carries the superpower of extracting a client’s best stories, testimonials, subject matter expertise, and culture and turning those extractions into content pieces across several platforms. This role helps build the authority of the business and build authority for the key players within the business. The most effective B2B marketing comes from people, not just company pages and platforms, this role brings that strategy to life. The Content Strategist supports the creation and execution of client initiatives including social media content strategies, blog strategy and creation, monthly broadcast emails, and campaign initiatives. This position requires the ability to creatively and effectively communicate to an audience, keeping in mind client goals. You must be able to keep up with social and digital trends and identify spelling and grammar issues.


  • 1-4 years of experience in marketing, social media, journalism, or a related field
  • Solid writing and editing skills
  • Knowledge of all social media platforms and experience using social media for business
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver
  • Familiarity with Yoast, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Keyword Planner is a plus

  • Execute client campaign initiatives
  • Manage social media content calendars and blog posts for our diverse group of B2B clients
  • Ensure content is on brand and speaks to the right target audience
  • Create and manage the review and execution of client monthly broadcast emails
  • Report on social media and blog content, keeping in mind client goals
  • Gather stories and thought leadership from clients and distribute these stories throughout all channels
  • Create website and landing page content, working closely with designers and developers to execute
  • Identify gaps in content and recommend new ideas
