We are looking for a Content Designer to join us in Nantes or Suresnes. Full remote from France can be an option.

As a member of the UX team, you will push your writing and creative skills to their best. You will work closely with the Tech Writers, User Researchers, Product Designers, Engineers, Product Managers and Product Owners. We define Content design at the intersection of UX Writing and Content Strategy, with a focus on the structure of our products' copy. You will challenge the status quo and help grow our tone of voice. You will run evaluations and provide detailed copy specifications, to make sure the copy is always relevant, reliable and consistent.

Your mission in the team:

  • Always put the users at the heart of the UX writing process.
  • Create useful and meaningful text that improves the discoverability, learnability, engagement and adoption of our product features.
  • Collaborate with the Tech Writers to create a cohesive cross-product experience.
  • Collaborate with the Product Designers and Product Managers to design solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Design System team to help build solid design tokens.
  • Spot quick wins, quickly test alternatives and ground your copy decisions in research findings in collaboration with the User Research team.
  • Collaborate with our Brand team for alignment.
  • Develop and evolve our product tone of voice and in-product copy guidelines.
  • Effectively balance and prioritise multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Help grow the UX community throughout all the company, coaching ambassadors on UX Writing best practices.

About you:

  • 5 years or more of experience in UX Writing, copywriting and/or content design.
  • Feeling at ease working in an agile environment on multiple products.
  • Able to give and receive feedback, to support and improve the work of your colleagues.
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus.
  • Have a degree in writing, communication, marketing or equivalent.
