As a Content Marketing Manager, you are responsible for telling the TeamSupport’s story of why we are the choice for companies who want a 360 degree view of their customers. This role is not about cranking out blog posts, rather you’re the person who develops a cohesive content strategy that informs all of our public-facing communications, with a particular focus on our demand generation programs.
You partner with our Director of Demand Generation, Product Marketing Manager, and company SMEs to make sure you know our message and value proposition like the back of your hand. You also know how to translate it into content that’s relevant to our prospects and customers and clearly articulates how we solve their problems. This isn’t guesswork, you are obsessed with tracking performance, and have the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t, and what we should do next.
As the owner of our content strategy, you create and manage our editorial calendar, and provide guidance to internal and external content contributors on our assets. You also work closely with Sales, Biz Dev, and Customer Success teams to ensure that our message is resonating with buyers and that it’s being used effectively.
