Responsibilities:

The role requires the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and initiatives while maintaining a positive attitude and energy. The Content Writer & Email Marketer will serve as a full-time community manager for a portfolio of brands, including monitoring all website copy, creating unique and engaging content, crafting the perfect product description, and assisting in building website content and other initiatives. The Content Writer & Email Marketer must have strong creative and professional writing skills and will work with the team to brainstorm and create initiatives to grow the assigned communities.

What We Require:

  • Bachelor's Degree (marketing or related field preferred but we will consider a candidate with commensurate experience)
  • Experience in a marketing-related role or internship preferred
  • Experience working with website platforms such as Wix, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, and Squarespace is required
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Photoshop and other template-based graphic design programs such as Canva is required
  • Exceptional sense of creativity
  • Strong familiarity with SEO tools like UberSuggest, answerthepublic.com, etc
  • Ability to ask questions and learn new skills quickly on the job; be a self-starter
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
  • Motivation to take responsibility and ensure successful outcomes across activities; be a driven team player
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Basic HTML skills a plus
  • Familiarity with email marketing software such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, SendinBlue, Hubspot, etc. is a plus
